Official Rules & Regulations

I. Title Categories & Eligibility

Nominations are open to youth and young adults residing in the Las Vegas area who demonstrate leadership, community /school involvement, and positive character.

 King & Queen: Nominees must be between the ages of 15 and 16 at the time of nomination.

 Emperor & Empress: Nominees must be between the ages of 17 and 18 at the time of nomination.

II. Academic & Community Requirements

To be considered for the Royal Court, nominees must:

 Maintain good academic standing (e.g., a minimum 2.5 GPA or equivalent).

 Demonstrate a commitment to community service and positive peer leadership.

 Be willing to serve as a role model and youth ambassador for Sister 2 SisterLV and Brother 2 BrotherLV for the duration of their reigning year.

III. The Nomination Process

 Who Can Nominate: Nominations may be submitted by teachers, community leaders, mentors, family members, or peers. Self-nominations are also accepted but must include a letter of recommendation.

 Submission: All nomination forms and supporting documents must be completed and submitted by June 1, 2027.

 Accurate Information: All information provided on the nomination form must be true and accurate. Falsified information will result in immediate disqualification.

IV. Code of Conduct

All nominees and selected Royal Court members are expected to conduct themselves with elegance, respect, and dignity.

 Representation: Members of the Royal Court are representatives of Sister 2 SisterLV and Brother 2 BrotherLV. They must uphold the values of the organizations at all times, both in person and on social media.

 Participation: The crowned King, Queen, Emperor, and Empress will be expected to attend and participate in designated community events, workshops, and charitable drives (such as holiday toy drives and community outreach programs) throughout their reign.

 Professionalism: A high standard of behavior is expected. Bullying, inappropriate conduct, or illegal activities will result in the immediate revocation of the title.

V. Selection & Crowning

 Review: A designated committee will review all nominations to ensure eligibility.

 Interviews: Finalists may be required to participate in a brief interview or submit a short essay detailing what community leadership means to them.

 Announcement: The official crowning of the King, Queen, Emperor, and Empress will take place at the [Insert Event Name/Gala] on [Insert Event Date].
